Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns capable of providing tree removal and related landscaping services throughout the USACE Pittsburgh District Area of Responsibility. The Government is considering the establishment of a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under FAR Part 13 to support recurring, on-call requirements for both emergency and non-emergency tree removal services at various Government-owned and Government-managed facilities and project sites.
