Contract Description
DescriptionThe US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District intends to award a sole source purchase order to Precision Laser and Instrument, Inc under the authority of RFO 12.102(a), restricting competition for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). This requirement is for renewing warranties. Trimble is the sole manufacturer of survey equipment and software utilized by the Geospatial section in LRP. The Trimble hardware and software warranties offered by Trimble are a yearly subscription-based plan that will cover Geospatials survey equipment and software under the Trimble Hardware Protection Plus plan and Trimble Software Protection Plus plan.
