Contract Description
SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of a new facility titled Trusted Microelectronics Assurance Center (TMAC). As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Schneider Electric Power Logic, Ion Meters and SCADAPack Smart RTUs Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI meters): The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment that will include energy consumption meters connected to a private network through fiber optic cable, copper wiring or a radio frequency mesh.
