Mechanical · Install (3) indoor wall-mounted units, along with all refrigerant and drain piping. · Install (1) 6-ton heat pump. Unit to be anchored to exterior concrete wall via on L-bracket steel frame. · Coordinate core penetrations through concrete wall for piping, electrical, and drain lines. Installation to include all wall waterproofing. · Provide and insulate all refrigerants and condensate piping above ceiling · Test and charge system to verify operation. Electrical · Install new dedicated 208V, 3-phase power circuit · Provide NEMA 4X, 60A non-fused stainless steel disconnect at outdoor unit · Provide power and control conduit and wiring to/from all units · Penetrate concrete wall. · Provide penetration and conduit through roof deck.
