The purpose of Amendment No. 0001 is to update Section J - Ust of Attachment by incorporating the Attachment 1: Schematic Room 3132 drawing at Naval Hospital Jacksonville (NHJAX), Florida. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
