EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: Must be submitted in writing and should include a minimum of information that follows. The proof of property ownership or authority to enter into a contract to convey exclusive rights of subject property, such as a warranty deed or a property management contract with the owner which includes the owners warranty deed. Provide a recent survey, if available. Include information addressing the criteria as listed. CRITERIA: Properties will be ranked based on the following: 1. Geographic location: Within the attached delineated area, preference will be given to sites closer to the current location. Provide a map indicating location. 2.
