Contract Description
This requirement is for office space available for occupancy no later than August 1, 2026. Offerors with second-generation space are encouraged to submit proposals. This advertisement is in connection with Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) No. DACW515260008800 referenced as an RLP attachment. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking competitive lease proposals for office space leasing opportunities. The Government is seeking approximately seventy thousand (70,000) American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) usable square feet (SF) of office space within the Areas of Consideration set forth below.
