Contract Description
UPDATE 03/04/2026: RFI: Would the government be willing to consider replacement with a CLA-VAL model in lieu of OCV? The work directive states “replace in kind” however we have found that the cla-val manufacturer provides superior long term value for fuel facilities over OCV. RFI Response: Yes, any CLA-VAL that meets or exceeds the performance of the existing OCV valve is acceptable. If the CLA Valve is of different size of existing OCV Valve, contractor to ensure proper installation and fitment at no additional cost to the government. UPDATE 02/24/2026: *UPDATED 02 SOW Attached.
