The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources for warehouse, office, and outdoor storage space. The Government is seeking information on existing, available industrial properties, as well as properties capable of modification, redevelopment, or build-to-suit delivery, that may support warehouse, logistics, administrative office, outdoor storage, truck circulation, parking, and related mission operations. The anticipated requirement is for one facility where the Government can obtain single-tenant occupancy and operational control of the building, required outdoor yard, parking, circulation, and related site areas.
