TATEMENT OF WORK USCGC POLAR STAR (WAGB-10) – Z14501 TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR CRANE LOAD MOMENT INDICATOR SYSTEM Objective. The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to restore full capabilities to the load moment indicator system for the knuckle boom cranes on United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) Polar Star. This is a critical safety system used for operation of shipboard cranes. References.
