Contract Description
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM) of The National Park Service (NPS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 6.302) with FONTANA VENTURES LLC, 300 Woods Road, Fontana Dam, North Carolina 28733, as the only responsible source that can provide services to perform transportation for cemetery visitation by boat. The services required are as follows: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to provide transportation for cemetery visitation. This activity entails a vendor picking up cemetery visitors at predetermined locations and shuttling them back and forth across Lake Fontana to predetermined locations on the North Shore of Fontana Lake.
