The Dallas VA Medical Center currently has a requirement for non-emergency wheelchair transportation services. BACKGROUND The Dallas VA Medical Center main campus is located at 4500 S Lancaster Rd. Dallas, TX 75216, serving over 235,000 veterans across the North Texas and southern Oklahoma area and its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics.
