Contract Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center – Frederick (SAC-F), has awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 36C10X26A0004 to Philips North America LLC for enterprise-wide digital telepathology service maintenance support. The requirement includes preventive and corrective maintenance, system updates/upgrades, replacement parts, and technical support for proprietary digital pathology scanners, image management systems (IMS), and associated server infrastructure deployed across VA Medical Centers. This BPA supports the VA Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (PLM) Program Office and ensures continued system performance, FDA compliance, and operational readiness of telepathology capabilities.
