W912EE This announcement is for information purposes only. This is not a request for proposals or invitation for bids. The subject is a notice of consolidation. A separate solicitation will be issued for this project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Vicksburg District (MVK), plans to consolidate requirements for construction and maintenance dredging at multiple discrete sites on the Mississippi River, Red River, and Ouachita-Black Rivers. This procurement constitutes a consolidation of requirements per 15 U.S.C. § 657q(a)(2)(B) in that work performed under the proposed contract will involve construction at two or more discrete sites. MVK has conducted analysis and market research that demonstrates consolidation of requirements in this procurement is both necessary and justified.
