Contract Description
The RCO MCI-West is issuing this Sources Sought (SS) as a means of conducting market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified businesses interested in and capable of providing services associated with Watchstander Services. This service will support the MCI-West G-3/5 Operations Directorate. The requirement is for non-personal services to provide continuity and support for command and control (C2) with the ability to monitor, collect, manage, communicate, and disseminate information using knowledge management systems in response to "all-threats/all-hazards" incidents. These services shall be performed on-site at MCBCPEN, CA.
