This is the official solicitation synopsis for Watercraft Operations and Maintenance 82 ATRS Service at Tyndall Air Force Base. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Vendors shall NOT submit proposals in response to this synopsis. The purpose of this contract is to provide all management, labor necessary Program Management, Operation and Maintenance (O and M) and Mission Support for the 53d WEG watercraft mission. Provide all management, personnel, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the O and M services as defined in this PWS, Government Furnished Property (Facilities and Equipment) and Services.
