A contract is required for garbage, recycling, and medical waste removal services in support of the mission at the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC) at 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, Oregon, 97503 and the Grants Pass Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 1877 Williams Hwy Grants Pass, OR 97527. 3. Period of Performance: Base + four (4) option years. FAR 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is approximately Sept. 15, 2025.
