Contract Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies medical office and related space located at the Jackson Community Outpatient Clinic, Jackson, TN in a lease that will be expiring. The Government intends to enter into a real property succeeding expansion lease to lease 28,830 Rentable Square Footage (RSF), with a minimum of 100 parking spaces, for utilization as a community-based outpatient clinic. The lease term requirement is for 10 years, five (5) years firm, five (5) years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by May 1, 2027. This procurement in being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
