DESCRIPTION PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete project 556-24-108 Double Block & Bleed Construction at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL.
