DESCRIPTION PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision in accordance with construction documents, drawings and specifications to complete project 556-24-108 Double Block & Bleed Construction at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL. This requirement is to include providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and management necessary to perform work and install systems in compliance with the construction documents to enable complete and compliant isolation and de-energization of each building s steam supply and condensate return connections with the campus distribution system using double block and bleed valves.
