Page 2 of 2 The Lexington VA Healthcare System has a requirement for a contractor to provide construction services for Project # 596A4-26-107 Replace Cast Iron Steam Distribution in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Drawings. The project replaces and demolishes 700 of existing steam and condensate piping systems that are presently installed and operating at or above 15 psi. The piping entrance is at the chiller plant, tunnel entrance and at Building 1A. There are portions of the existing system that will require asbestos abatement. NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The Small Business size standard is $45M.
