Contract Description
INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 anticipates soliciting proposals and subsequently awarding a single, Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract to Project Number 668-22-105 Upgrade AHU-09 and AHU-15 at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center, 4815 N Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will replace AHU-09 and AHU-15. This project replaces the air handlers, electrical panel boards, breakers, cables and conduit for the AHUs. DDC upgrades, exhaust fans, and other control systems are to be integrated and compatible with the existing BAS.
