Project No: 630-26-102 Project Title: Design Build HVAC Bldgs. 4 and 5 ****THIS NOT A SOLICITATION**** THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE MANHATTAN CAMPUS VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 423 EAST 23RD STREET NEW YOUR, NY 10010 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 5, 2026, FOR THE DESIGN BUILD FOR HVAC BUILDINGS 4 AND 5 PROJECT. This project is a design-build to upgrade the AC Plants to include three new chillers and associated cooling towers which generate additional heat than previous equipment. New equipment is controlled by variable frequency drive cabinets that also generate substantial heat and need to be cooled.
