(see attachment for full documentation of synopsis) The Bureau of Reclamation Wyoming Area Office (WYAO) has a need to update the office buildings Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Downstream Panels. This is a project to replace the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and UPS in Wyoming Supervisory Control Building and replace other minor, outdated equipment. Major components of the work include: 1. Replacing enclosed circuit breakers MPN and MPG. 2. Replacing service entrance transfer switch MTS with service entrance Auto Transfer Switch. 3. Removing transfer switch ATS and ATS2. 4.
