Page 1 of 2 The Salem VA Medical Center, located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for construction services to renovate the Surgical Suite. This requirement will be solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 and VAAR 819.7005. The procurement will be conducted using FAR Part 15 procedures. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
