Contract Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise an Invitation For Bids (IFB) on Project 515-15-117 Replace Electrical Primary Distribution at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan. An Invitation for Bid (IFB) is planned to be issued on or about October 30, 2025. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, and materials, equipment, and supervision as specified in drawings and specifications to complete this project. All work performed shall be fully documented by The Contractor. Construction shall be performed in compliance with the manufacturer s recommendations and applicable Codes and building standards.
