Boiler Replacement--Project Number: 558-22-152 Durham VHAMC This project location of work includes building 7 (Boiler Plant), 9 (Chiller Plant), 24 (Temporary Boiler Plant), East parking lot/loading dock area, and West parking lot/access for project 558-22-152 Replace Boilers at Durham VA Health Care System, Durham, NC. Work will take place in and around an occupied healthcare facility in operation 24 hours a day. The parking lots on the east and west sides of buildings 7/9 are congested during deliveries and employee drop offs, therefore work will be phased to minimize disruption to medical center operations.
