Contract Description

The Building 4 Elevator Replacement will take place at Building 4 of the Brockton VA Healthcare System Campus in Brockton, MA. The project will consist of Modernization of existing elevators; (1) passenger 3 stop elevator and (1) service 3 stop elevator and associated work necessary to support project. Elevator modernization and associated work. Work includes general construction, alterations, indicators, calls and notification systems, minor site preparation for access and staging and work to support enclosed elevator machine room in existing penthouse.
