Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 2 of 2 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation that satisfies the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2, more specifically FAR and RFO Parts 5.204, FAR 5.201, FAR 5.207, and FAR 5.203, as well as FAR 5.101. A Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation will be posted on or around May 5, 2026. The government reserves the right to delay or not release the solicitation if facility needs change. The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total small business set-aside.
