Department of Veterans Affairs | Pittsburgh VAMC UD Chiller Capacity and Controls Upgrade | 646-20-109 The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Construction Services related to UD Chiller Capacity and Controls Upgrade for the Pittsburgh VAMC located at University Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15240. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this contract.
