Contract Description

The Cincinnati VA Medical Center has a requirement for the renovation of the Hot Lab in Room C212 located in building one to improve workflow efficiency, replace aged components, update casework, address hazardous materials, and support nuclear medicine preparation needs. The existing fume hood is obsolete and will be replaced with a modern preparation enclosure placed on the new countertop. Additional improvements include ceiling replacement, power/data updates, and casework modernization. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, abatement, testing, and supervision required for the renovation of the Hot Lab.
