Contract Description
The purpose of this requirement is to obtain contractor-provided Tier II/III help desk support for the sustainment of 911 software and hardware systems located within each Department of the Air Force (DAF) installations Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). This includes support for Digital Logging Recorders (DLRs) integral to the 911 enterprise architecture, as well as on?site dispatch support at multiple Air Force Bases. All services must incorporate the latest Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and Approved Product List (APL)certified software updates and patches to ensure full compliance, operational reliability, and mission readiness.
