Modern Radar Systems Organic Capability Development Solution The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), is seeking innovative solutions consisting of a comprehensive suite of equipment and infrastructure to perform all aspects of modern radar testing, calibration, repair, and overhaul. Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) serves as a critical maintenance and modernization facility for multiple advanced radar systems across the armed forces.
