Consistent with FAR 5.705(b), notice is hereby given that contract W31P4Q-26-C-0018 was not awarded competitively and is not a purely Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The contract was awarded on a sole-source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, because the required supplies and services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
