Contract Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) requires professional Architect-Engineer (A/E) services to evaluate, plan, and design the repurposing of approximately 17,000 square feet located on the 8th floor of Building A. The existing area currently consists of vacant space and a dining area and is need of modernization. The objective of this project is to deliver complete, biddable, and constructible design documents to support phased construction to repurpose the southeast corner of GPO 8th Floor Building A area into a multi-functional workplace environment that supports building occupants, tenant agencies, and visitors.
