Contract Description

Amendment 0001 to Add Attachments and Set dates for Site Visits. The Government intends to award one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) consisting of one (1) Base year and four (4) one-year option years according to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as applicable. This requirement will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The source selection methodology will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered for award, an offeror’s proposal must be rated "Acceptable" for all non-price factors.
