The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Birch Hill Dam, Royalston, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all materials, labor, and equipment for performing all operations necessary to complete the following work: a. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to apply a foliar chemical spray treatment on invasive non-native vegetation in the main entrance/Duck Pond Area along Birch Hill Dam Road (approximately 2.4 acres). b.
