The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Franklin Falls Dam, Franklin, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, permits, and equipment necessary to perform chemical vegetation control within the Franklin Falls Dam flood control project area. Base Treatment Area No.1 requires herbicide treatment to all vegetation less than 3-inch diameter at breast height (DBH) at parking areas, in front of garages and along walkways as shown on Informational Map 1, totaling approximately 1.15 acres.
