Contract Description
The General Services Administration, Public Building Service is seeking a Texas licensed fire alarm contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision for design build services for the purpose of full replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a new fire alarm, voice communication and evacuation system at the Corpus Christi Federal Courthouse. This facility is 4 stories and approximately 169,000 sq-ft. Qualifications - 1. Contractor Past Experience - The Contractor shall have successfully completed 3 projects installing a fire alarm system/emergency voice alarm communication system in an occupied building of at leaset 150,000 square fee with a construction value at a minimum of $750,000 in an occupied building. 2.
