The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Decommissioning of Fuel Storage Tanks, Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake, Keene and Surry, NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for decommissioning, and proper disposal of #2 heating fuel storage tanks. One (1) aboveground storage tank (AST) and associated plumbing at Otter Brook Lake and one (1) underground storage tank (UST), contaminated fuel oil and associated plumbing at Surry Mountain Lake.
