Contract Description
The scope is limited to implementation of the remedial action within the SSZ (i.e., Alternative SSZ#3: EK-ISCO only) and groundwater monitoring following remedy implementation to evaluate effectiveness of the remedy. Implementation will be conducted in accordance with the 2022 Part 2 Remedial Design. Semi-annual groundwater performance monitoring following EK-ISCO remedy implementation to evaluate the effectiveness of the remedy in support of the first Five Year Review. Monitoring will be conducted to identify the flux reduction of COCs following source treatment and to evaluate the scope of additional treatment if needed for the SSZ and DP to meet the remedial action objectives (RAOs) defined in the 2017 ROD and 2022 ESD.
