Contract Description
BPMD AT PORTAL REPAIRS- SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Bureau of Land Management intends to issue an award to an 8(a) company named North Wind Construction Services, LLC, 1425 Higham St., Idaho Falls, ID 83402. The BLM needs the following work done: Improve ingress and egress to the portal mitigating safety hazards associated with the portal floor such as tripping hazards and portal drainage system to channel water and minimize accumulation. Wood lagging in places between Station 1+52 and Station 1+76. In places it is bowed out, with several wood lagging pieces missing.
