Fort Niobrara NWR - Fire Range Remediation This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, The Fort Niobrara Wildlife Refuge (NWR) has a need for the remediation services to restore a firearm range back to nature and soil testing. This project will take place at 39983 Refuge Road, Valentine NE 69201. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation.
