INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide fire hydrant replacement services at the Specific Manufacturing Capability (SMC) facility. This initiative supports BEA’s commitment to maintaining reliable fire protection systems and ensuring compliance with safety standards. BACKGROUND The SMC facility requires replacement of aging fire hydrants to maintain operational readiness and meet fire safety requirements.
