THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, RATHER MARKET RESEARCH TO DETERMINE COMPLAINCE WITH THE BUY INDIAN ACT AND DETERMINATION OF SET-ASIDE. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) is seeking to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47), capable of performing the Indian Health Services (IHS) requirement for Fire Suppression Monitoring and Pump Inspections located at the Crow Service Unit, Lodge Grass Clinic and Pryor Health Clinic.
