DPW at Ft Bliss, TX has a requirement for custodial services for its facilities located on Ft Bliss, Biggs Army Airfield (East Biggs), William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), and surrounding training ranges in El Paso to include Dona Ana, McGregor, and Otero Counties in the state of New Mexico (NM).DPWs mission is to manage and operate all of Fort Bliss facilities, its infrastructure, as well as its natural and cultural resources required to support Army readiness.
