THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to maintain fine lawns and perimeter areas. The work includes approximately 16.7 acres of bi-weekly mowing, weed whacking, and general grounds maintenance. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
