Contract Description
Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Nashville Campus Request for Quote IAW FAR 13 to provide the annual fuel tank cleaning of five diesel fuel tanks to improve and maintain the efficiency in accordance with the Statement of Work. Comparative evaluations of quotes will be performed IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) Best Value based on price and other factors. (See E.2 Instructions to Offerors).
