Contract Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government will use FAR Part 12 commercial procedures and reserves the right to award without discussions. This procurement is a total SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be SBA VetCert-certified and listed in SAM.gov as SDVOSB-certified at the time of offer and award, in accordance with FAR 52.219-27 and the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification Program (13 CFR Part 128).
