AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to formally update the solicitation parameters for the Hazardous Waste Characterization, Lab-Packing, and Disposal requirement as follows: 1. REVISION OF STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHMENTS The technical inventory lists attached to the original solicitation are hereby superseded. Quoters must review the updated attachments for final pricing calculations: Attachment A (CLIN 0001 - Milford Laboratory): Replaced in its entirety with the Milford disposal list. Attachment B (CLIN 0002 - JJ Howard Laboratory): Replaced in its entirety with pictures for reference. 2. INCORPORATION OF SITE VISIT SCHEDULE AND PROTOCOLS In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 (Site Visit), prospective vendors are highly encouraged to physically inspect the central accumulation yards...
