Contract Description
The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Tyndall AFB, Florida, has a requirement to procure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Recommissioning and Energy Optimization Services (REOS). The Contractor shall provide expert analysis, Test and Balancing (TAB) procedures, modifications, minor repairs and recommendations for optimal energy savings and improved system performance. The Air Force (AF) aims to achieve optimal performance and maximum efficiency of HVAC systems throughout the AF and enable long term energy consumption reduction.
